When you submit a request for service, we need a handful of information to locate your sale and your fireplace in our system. One of the most important pieces of information is your serial number is typically located in two places:

This one can be seen once you remove the top lid. It is common on AWA and AWPR models but not commonly found on the AWP model. 

This informational plate is located on the back of all models of water vapor fireplace inserts. If installed into an enclosure, you'll need to completely remove your water vapor fireplace insert to find the serial number.
