When you submit a request for service, we need specific information to locate your sale and your Aquafire in our system. One of the most important pieces of information is your serial number, It is typically located in two places:

This one can be seen once you remove the top lid. It is common on AWA and AWPR models but not commonly found on the AWP model. 

This informational plate is located on the back of all Aquafire models. If installed into an enclosure, you'll need to completely remove your Aquafire to find the serial number.
