You will have access to our trained technical support representatives for a period of 6 months following this training. However, In those rare events when you experience a problem with the operation of the unit you cannot readily resolve after this timeline, you may contract with our technical support team to further assist diagnosis and repair of a problematic fireplace. If under warranty we will provide this service free of charge. If outside warranty charges may apply. This will be determined at time of service. While we are not able to provide any on-site repairs, any assistance provided will be virtual utilizing FaceTime calls where our tech can guide you through necessary repairs and diagnosis.
