Aquafire Pro - Phone App not connectingUpdated 7 months ago

Congratulations on installing your new Aquafire Pro! If you choose to operate your Aquafire Pro via the AFIREWATER Prestige App, there are a couple details to consider before you connect:

The Aquafire Pro will only connect to a 2.4 Ghz router network. 4G and 5G home wifi networks generally have the ability to create a 3G network that runs on 2.4 Ghz. These water vapor fireplace inserts are sold all over the world and not all locations have the USA's faster networks so our international manufacturer still uses a 3G card.

Once you have the correct 2.4 Ghz router network, the instructions for downloading and connecting to the app need to be followed precisely. Customers who download the app and try to connect out of sequence have more problems than those that follow the step-by-step guidelines in the Owner's Manual (it can be found on page 9 and 10) and/or YouTube video:
